Home practice resources are a comprehensive series of materials developed by Yoga Mandir,
an Iyengar Yoga Institute in Canberra, Australia.  Senior teacher, Alan Goode and his team
have worked for some years at refining the way in which Asana and Pranayama class instruction
are woven together with the philosophical teachings of yoga to create a nourishing and
supportive context for the establishment of a personal practice.
