After thinking about it for some time, I finally purchased the iYogaprops back bender. It’s not cheap, but in this case you get what you pay for. It’s a beautifully made and cleverly designed item.

I’ve found other ways I like using it other than those demonstrated in their video as well, for example it feels really good to lie over it face down. I wish every mother in particular could be given one of these, my whole body feels like it was yearning for one of these after carrying four babies over the years.
I like the way that it supports my whole body whilst focusing on my back. This just feels so deeply supportive. It feels like the item was made with love and care and really adds to that feeling of caring for myself in yoga. Much appreciated and if you’re considering this wooden back bender or purchasing through this company I can definitely recommend.
