Each product page lists the available discounts under the price tag, and the quantities it applies to. The discount is applied to the minimum quantity and above.
For example, if the discount is “Buy 4 and save 18%”, then the discount still applies if you buy 5 or more up to the next tier price.
The last tier price listed represents the maximum bulk discount you can receive on that particular product, even if you order above that amount. In general you will find most products have 2-3 different tiers of pricing.
