Set of two knee rods. Support for knee alignment. The rods promote extension of the knee ligaments and alignment of the patella and leg bones.
"The rods are a way of improving knee alignment to heal the knees and their attendant problems. BKS Iyengar developed these props specifically for the knees (they can also be used for the elbows and other body parts as well). The beveled edges provide some comfort on the skin.
Knee rods are used for straight legged poses positioned as close as possible up to the sides of the knee caps and held in place by belts strapped above and below the knees as pictured.
The rods promote extension of the knee ligaments and alignment of the patella and leg bones."
