This fantastic innovation from Melbourne yoga teacher Mark Gibson.
The Doutta Galla belt is made from high-strength elastic webbing, 2.4 meters long.
The length is easily adjusted with a safe ladder lock buckle.
Use for a variety of poses. Can be used to soften the tourniquet effect of a belt in shoulder stand, to take the weight off the neck in a headstand to stretch the legs in Supta Padangustasana, contain the legs in Padmasana, or to lift the shoulders and offer resistance dog pose. Your imagination is the limit.

ABOUT THE DOUTTA GALLA BELT
Yoga Belt was developed by Mark Gibson of Melbourne’s Doutta Galla Yoga Studio. Mark is a senior Iyengar yoga teacher who has been practicing for 40 years. He has been responsible for several innovations in the design and use of yoga props and is one of the most creative adaptors of props to suit individual needs.
