The Yoga Nook – Beginners’ Guide to Yoga is designed for novices and those wishing to reconnect with their practice.

Join the class for an hour and ten minutes of yoga or go to the 15 minute active or restorative practice.

Presented by Linda Apps, certified Iyengar Yoga teacher based in Sydney, Australia.  Linda brings her many years of dedicated practice and teaching experience to this clearly presented and well structured DVD.

About Linda Apps

Linda is an Intermediate Junior Level 3 teacher (JI3) and has been practising yoga for 25 years, travelling to India to study with the Iyengar family. Linda also taught at the Glebe Yoga school for 10 years before opening The Yoga Nook in 2002. She attends classes with Peter Thomson and Pixie Lillas and continues to travel to India to study with Geeta and Prashant Iyengar. JI3 qualification enables teachers to train other teachers and become an assessor within the Iyengar system.
