Returns and refunds Policy  
We offer a 30 day replacement or refund guarantee for goods found on delivery to be unsuitable.

Refund or replacement of unsuitable goods- We attempt to describe our products accurately. If you find that any product purchased does not suit your purpose, we will refund the cost of the goods purchased upon receiving the goods back at our office or warehouse in "as new" condition. Please phone or email to advise of the intended return. In some instances we may be able to arrange return shipping (at your cost).  Refunds for returns of well described products which are found to be unsuitable will not include the original shipping cost nor the cost of return shipping. Goods must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Replacement of damaged goods- If the goods are found to be faulty or damaged on arrival, we will replace them upon receiving a description of the damage. In some instances we will require a photo of the damaged goods. We will also require your assistance in returning the goods to us. Please repack the damaged goods and phone 1300 760 108 or email info@iyogaprops.com.au to organise their collection.  Where there is no fault on your behalf we will refud the cost of the goods and including all shipping costs.

Australian Goods and Services Tax  GST

Australian orders GST 10% is included in all of our advertised prices. There is no additional charge at checkout or on your invoice.

International orders GST is deducted from all international orders.  The 9.1% deduction is not apparent when viewing product descritpions but will appear on your shopping cart page (provided you have logged in as non Australian destination customer) and at checkout

Ordering Information
You can order online, by phone, by email (orders@iyogaprops.com.au) or by mail.

All credit card purdchases are processed through the Eway secure payment gateway to guarantee security for your personal and credit card details. See our Privacy Statement for more information.

You will receive an email confirmation when you have completed your online order.

Orders are generally processed within two working day of receipt.

Goods can be paid for by credit card, direct payment to our bank account, Paypal, by cheque, money order or cash (for pick-ups from the office).

Once you order is paid for and processed at our end you will receive a despatch email with shipping and connote details so please ensure your email address is correct.

International orders
The cost of goods and freight charged by IYOGAPROPS includes the cost of delivery to your designated address only.  Please note that international orders my attract import duties or local taxes payable upon delivery.  In some cases a small administration fee for handling these payments may also be charged by the delivery company.  It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these costs. For information on likely additional duty and taxes, please contact your local government authority.  Our advise is that most countries do not charge duty and taxes for invoiced amounts less than USD300.00

In some cases IYOGAPROPS may vary these arrangements by negotiation and with the agreement of the customer.  For example- for very large orders we will sometimes arrange to ship by sea freight charging the customer for delivery to the nearest port only (known as CIF terms).  Unloading , port handling, customs clearance costs and duty and taxes are to paid by the customer in the country of delivery.

Shipping information & delivery times
IYOGAPROPS delivers throughout Australia and Internationally.

Our unique system of calculating shipping costs allows us to offer you the most competitive and accurate shipping rates without any hidden costs. We pride ourselves on quick processing of orders allowing us to get your goods fast.

The web site will automatically compute delivery costs.  For very large orders we may have to contact you with a shipping price quote. We will not ship without first receiving your acceptance of the quote.

Most orders within Australia are sent by private courier.  For delivery addresses not attended during business hours, we require a default delivery instructions with authority to leave (eg. "Leave at front door if unattended"). Couriers cannot deliver to a post office. For most orders you will be given the option of Australia Post delivery which you can choose if you have no option but to collect from a post office. .

Orders outside Australia are sent by International Express Post airmail or by the TNT international air express service.  Tracking numbers are provided.
 
Below are estimated times for delivery and are calculated from the first working day after receiving your order. Please note that in some circumstances goods may take longer to get to you. If you require goods within a certain time frame please ensure you contact us and we will endeavour to meet your deadline. We also suggest that if you have particular deliver time deadlines that you place your order in advance.

You can arrange to pickup your order with us from either of our two locations.

Small orders
Our office is located at Yarraville Yoga Centre,
Level 1, 36 Ballarat St, Yarraville VIC 3013
Open hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm
(closed 12noon to 1pm)

It is a short walk from the Yarraville railway station

Large orders
From our Kensington Rd West Melbourne warehouse.
Details are emailed to you on receiving your order but phone
call confirmation is usually required to arrange a pick up time.
